To be honest, I was too disappointed by Anne's two latest VC books about Prince Lestat and Realms of Atlantis - the way as she turned the plot from dark romance to kinda lazy Sci-Fi novels and all that mystery about vampiric blood is now no more than "smart" termoplastic nanoparticle lurakastrya... >.<  It was the same feeling when I discovered in Ist episode of Star Wars ("The Phantom menace") that all secrets of Jedi's power are just the simple symbiosis of some kind of unknown microorganisms "midichlorians" with human blood, that's all... Personally I don't believe that such huge and mystic powers could be explained in that simple "biological" way without any spiritual content...:/
