The faucet roars
My hands shake
The water rises
My mind breaks

There is nothing left of me

My eyes close
My body sinks
My lungs burn
The fear screams

Numbness will not come for me

I gasp for breath
I cry out
I am still here
I have failed

Never will I try again

For I haven't the strength to die
